PSR1000
Characteristics
The PSR1000 roofing system is a structural roof covering element. It consists of two steel sheets and a polyurethane foam core. PSR1000 roof panels are characterized by easy and fast installation, while providing high thermal insulation and waterproofing.
PSR1000 roof panels can be combined with special double polyester translucent sheets, which are easily integrated into the structure and provide natural lighting to the covered space, significantly contributing to energy savings.
The panels are mainly manufactured from galvanized and pre-painted steel sheets, however they can also be produced from aluminium or stainless steel sheets. For special requirements, please contact us.
Available lengths range from 0.50 to 16 meters. For longer lengths, please contact us.

Roof panels can (under conditions) also be installed in projects with higher architectural requirements, such as curved roofs.

Available Lengths & Overlaps
Available lengths from 0.50 to 16 meters. When installing two or more panels longitudinally, special overlap production is available upon request. In most cases, an overlap of 200–250 mm is recommended.

PSCW1000 & PSW1000
Characteristics
The PSCW1000 (concealed fixing) and PSW1000 (exposed fixing) systems are structural elements for building wall cladding. They consist of two steel sheets and a polyurethane foam core. These wall panels are characterized by easy and fast installation, while providing high thermal insulation and waterproofing.
PSCW1000 & PSW1000 wall panels are available in thicknesses from 30 mm to 100 mm.
Six different external surface profiles allow a combination of aesthetics and functionality.
In all thicknesses, concealed fixing is available at no extra cost (screws not visible on the final surface).
Panels are mainly produced from galvanized and pre-painted steel sheets, but aluminium and stainless steel options are also available. For special requests, please contact us.
Available lengths range from 0.50 to 15 meters.
