Characteristics
The PSF1000 (PUR) and PBF1000 (PIR) refrigeration panel systems are structural elements used for the construction of cold storage rooms, food production and preservation areas. They consist of two steel sheets and a core of polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam.
Their easy and fast installation, as well as their perfect jointing system, make PSF1000 & PBF1000 the ideal solution for all applications in the industrial refrigeration sector.
The panels are available in various thicknesses from 80 mm up to 200 mm. For 80 mm and 100 mm thicknesses, there is an option for concealed fixing (no visible screws on the final surface) at no extra cost.
The PIR foam version is available in thicknesses of 80 mm, 100 mm, and 120 mm.
The panels are mainly produced from galvanized and pre-painted steel sheets, but can also be manufactured from aluminium or stainless steel sheets. For special requests, please contact us.
Available lengths range from 0.50 to 15 meters. For longer lengths, please contact us.
