PBR1000
Characteristics
The panel core consists of injected polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam with a density of 40 kg/m³ ±15%, available in various thicknesses depending on the final thickness of the panel and its steel sheets.
The panel length ranges from 2,500 to 16,000 mm, with the possibility of producing shorter or longer lengths.
The panel has exposed fixing. There is also the option of factory preparation of panel overlaps in dimensions of 70–250 mm.
Reaction to fire classification: B-s2,d0 / B-s1,d0 (high index).
The PBR 1000 panel is produced in accordance with the European standard EN 14509.
PBCW1000 & PBW1000
Characteristics
The PBCW1000 (concealed fixing) and PBW1000 (exposed fixing) wall panels consist of two galvanized steel sheets enclosing eco-friendly polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam.
The external steel sheet features light symmetrical surface ribs of 27 mm & 31 mm with a depth of 2 mm, or can be flat or micro-ribbed. The internal sheet has similar options: light symmetrical ribs (27 mm & 31 mm, depth 2 mm), flat, or micro-ribbed.
